Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a technology in Leopard that will allow you to do boot from either Mac OS X or Windows XP/Vista. It provides the tools needed to partition and prepare it for Windows. Boot Camp also provides you with a Windows drivers CD so when you get Windows up and you will have full support for the hardware built into your Mac. After you power up your Mac with Boot Camp and Windows installed, simply press and hold down the Option key on the keyboard and it will ask you what operating system you want to start into. Boot Camp also resides in Windows so if you want to restart back into OS X you can click on the Boot Camp icon near the clock and select restart in Mac OS X. For more information on Boot Camp, visit my Boot Camp section. Currently its beta for Tiger, but will expire for Tiger users on December 31st, 2007. This is a Leopard only feature.
