(Leopard)

Mac OS 10.5, code named Leopard is Apple’s latest and greatest operating system. It has over 150 new features. The interface has been significantly improved with a new consistent look. It also has some nice features taken from iTunes such as smartfolders. The Dock has been revamped for nearly the first time since OS X was originally released. It’s now 3-D with a mirror like finish under it that reflects anything that comes near its shadow. The Dock also has a feature called Stacks, which is a pop out a group of documents, files, photos, music, etc that are placed in a folder in the dock. Other features include, Spaces, Time Machine, Parental Controls, Front Row 2.0, Photo Booth 2.0, Boot Camp 1.0, QuickLook, Safari 3.0, iCal 3.0, Mail 3.0, iChat 3.0, and much more.
